PASSAGE

“slowly…”

slowly

as the body goes deeper

into itself

and the spirit directs its flight

higher

and higher

the gaze changes

its field of vision rises up

and grows

the eyes of the soul

always keep watch from above

in contrast to childhood

when your sight is directed

from the earth to the clouds

and in time flies like an equal

to an equal

you want not to miss out out of mercy

a movement

or a second

of the absolute elevated nature of your new I
